Payment:
I accept Paypal, and Venmo💖🌈🥰✨ Also if you don’t have PayPal, you can still click through the listing and use your credit card as a PayPal guest 💖🥰
Shipping:
I use USPS First Class or Priority Mail which ranges from $7-$20 to ship anywhere in the United States within 3-5 business days depending on the weight of your package. I also ship internationally so feel free to contact me for specific rates. Each package comes with tracking and $50 insurance. Also- it takes me 2-4 weeks to ship out most orders. If I’m quicker than that, then yay! But I do reserve the right to use 2-4 weeks to pack and ship your order💖💖🌈
Sales Tax:
I’m a New York City based business and therefore add an 8.875% sales tax when adding shipping. This is done automatically through Etsy.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I do not offer refunds or returns at this time. Each piece is relatively delicate and must be treated with care. I am not responsible for mishandling and will not replace a piece that is the result of such. With that said, if you send photos and show that the piece broke because of a structural issue, I’d be happy to fix it for you. ✨⭐️🥰🌈
If a piece is damaged in transit contact me with photos of the piece and we can discuss an exchange or store credit.💖💖🥰

I can almost always recreate jewelry pieces I’ve posted on both Mother Make Me and Mistress Marvellous, or make something similar 💖🥰🌈Depending on my production time and my current supplies, I can let you know what I can create for you!
Wholesale:
I currently only offer wholesale pricing for my exclusive gold fill charm collection in 30-100 batch quantities. These can come with or without chain and recyclable packaging. Send me an inquiry for price and product list💖💖
Materials and Jewelry Care:
While I use a variety of materials the majority of what I use is gold fill charms, and natural gemstones. Gold fill is the second highest weight to solid gold and is great for sensitive skin and does not change color. Gold fill is essentially a base metal tube (like brass or copper) that has been filled and bonded with shavings of solid gold so it has a similar effect on the skin as solid gold, but is a bit more affordable. The earrings I use are either gold fill, or gold plated, tarnish resistant stainless steel, sterling silver, rose gold fill, or rose gold plated. I will always state the materials used and there is always an option to change your earring hooks for a finer quality metal (aka gold fill or solid gold). The gemstone chain I use is 24k gold vermeil which is 24k gold plated over sterling silver💖🥰🌈 All of the additional gemstones I use are natural unless I state otherwise🌹💖🌈⭐️🥰 To clean your jewelry- use a dry polishing cloth and avoid wearing in water. Gold fill can endure with water but it will lose its polish over time if worn 24/7✨ With proper care, your jewelry should last a lifetime🌹✨🌸💍 Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about materials used in a particular piece, or further questions in general about tending to your jewelry 💖💖🥰
